Every time we have had our RV serviced at Alpin Haus the service people are professional, all the work done in a timely matter. The service department is why we would buy from Alpin Haus again
I had an issue with the Forever Warranty being inactive, you investigated and the issue is in the process of being resolved with the Forever Warranty status active.
I was pleased to have my repairs completed under the warranty claim. The only issue I had was communications. I arrived at 8am to have the repairs done and was given an estimate of 2 hours. At 10am I went to the service area and was told it was going to take longer. At noon I went back to service and was told it would not be completed today, could I leave the unit there.
If someone had told me at 10am that it was going to take longer I would have called my wife and got a ride back to Albany much sooner. I was right in the building, someone could have called or paged me.
Simple process, clear explanation of details in sale. No last minute surprises.
Have had some issues with figuring things out with our camper. However when ever we had a question or problem it was quickly answered. We have called our sales person many times and received prompt answers.
Service is always very thorough and easy to work with when we bring in our RV.
I was disappointed and angry that I was charged $506 for an installation of a power jack that I supplied. I believe I was charge extra for labor beyond what should have been. My understanding is they put a jack in from the store then had to remove once they found out I had mine in the camper. So once in beyond any fault of mine the jack was wired wrong, so more time beyond our fault. Quoted highest $420 (verbal) I wasn’t even expecting that being I had the jack already. Bottom line is I wasn’t expecting the charges of the install, didn’t think it would cost almost $200 for the small replacement pipe of the water pipe. The camper was there 2 days as well. Normal price of your install on your board is $388.+ so there for labor for jack should have been only approx around $125 (difference) estimated. So $175 + $125 =$300 + the minor charges of light but not asked for. Yea you gave me a tank of propane to make it right, but that was like 1/2 full. I should have been called on the day of the actual appointment to be updated what was going on.
We love our Grand Design Solitude 382wb-r. Matt & Kevin in the service department are great to work with. They took care of a few issue we had and got use and got us back to camping and keeping our reservations.
Thank you!!
Great people always there for you and great service
When I have a problem with my Rv Matt helps me get everything done on my Rv very fast and very personal at all times thank you Matt and Alpin Haus
We found the exact RV on the lot that we wanted before even speaking to an employee, so that was easy. We paid in September or October 2020 with an agreement that a second AC unit would be installed for our spring delivery. We confirmed the installation was complete ten days prior to our walkthrough and delivery date; all in writing. Day of the walkthrough (6 months after purchase), the AC unit had not yet been ORDERED. They agreed to deliver & set up the RV and install the AC at a later date, insisting it was not possible on site, and would have to go back to the store. It was delivered, set up awkwardly cutting off half our lot, and leveled with the jacks almost fully extended. We paid someone else to move it into our spot and level it. We addressed questions with our sales rep via text and leaving phone messages, however often did not receive a response until driving 10 exits to speak to someone in person. When we addressed our disappointment with two separate guys who played the role of smirking sales manager and guy who sits behind glass in the service department and yells out to customers they truly did not care. Alpin Haus is great to take your money and deliver an RV to a football field, but the customer service after the purchase is disgusting. I work in healthcare, so I deal with customers all day long. These guys need a serious reality check on why they are employed by Alpin Haus. It is to take care of customers. Thank you for this opportunity.

Every employee we met was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. The sales team was not aggressive and took the time to discuss our wants and needs. They made recommendations based on the information we provided. Then suggested a few makes and models for us. We are very happy and pleased with the 5th wheel we purchased. I will continue to do business with them now and in the future. This is as a great experience as a first time buyer.
the only thing wrong was they left a sticker on our windshield. should have taken it off before returning oue rv.
We spent a lot of money at your business and I feel as if you should have installed the 3 maxx air vents at no cost. Other than that it was a great experience.
Products are good across the board but what makes Alpin haus better than others is the customer care all way through the purchase and even after the purchase they not about numbers of sales but rather the comfort and ease and also wish to have a life long customer
Everything went smoothly.
I would suggest Alpin Haus RV for the purchase of a vehicle, but not for service. The sales associate, and the technician who worked on our camper were wonderful. How ever the service department over charges, charges for things they shouldn't. The service manager is beyond horrible, lies and argues with the customers (in front of other customers) before finding out how work should have been completed. I would never suggest alpin haus service department to anyone.
Excellent customer service!
Thorough cut me up to date on what was happening completed the task on time
They now get right back to you do what they say going to do not like the old days I guess they saw the light if things stay the same I’ll keep dealing with them
The service here was so much better compared to our last experience at another RV dealers’ company in the Hudson Valley! The salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful. When we picked up our R V another gentleman walked us through the inside and outside of the RV explaining how to operate everything and shared many tips. Finance went smoothly and we were ready to go in no time! Such a great experience! Not a lot of pressure from anyone. I highly recommend Alpin Haus and wish we had purchased our last RV here too!
Very pleased with the service department.
The only reason I did not give a 10 is because, at times, I have to follow up with a phone cal.
Sales and finance we great. Geoff and josh made the transaction seamless
Excellent facility, great communication and service! The demo given by Dan was super thorough, he walked us through every option and accessory on our unit. Delivery was done in a timely manner and placed exactly where we wanted it on our site. Thank you Alpin Haus!
This isn’t the first time I’ve been told my rig is ready to pick up and when I get there to pick it up there’s still a problem! Something needs to be done with the quality of feedback.
when I WAS FIRST CONTACTED MY WIFE WAS TOLD THAT THE WORK I want done would cost $600 at the most " worst case scenario" I dropped off my camper on Sunday work was to be done on Thursday ready for pick up on Friday afternoon. I arrived at 2pm when I said I would service advisor went over the invoice with me bill was $714 no problem, inspection was not done as ask, A/C service was billed but I was told it would not turn on needs to be replaced "I'm waiting on parts for a price". Failed inspection was told to fix problems and get re inspected still waiting on a price from parts
You will never make things right for me by wasting my time I can never get the time I waited there Friday back
Your service department needs employees that will listen and care for your customers needs. We should receive updates, phone calls, or an email on the work being done. The staff cared more for the insurance company, instead of filing a claim to have my parts replaced. Example: My ceiling fans are making a noise during operation, and I was told that all fans make a noise, so they won’t replace them. If you try to make an appointment, nobody answer the phone. The technicians never clean the area where they work and my floors have greasy foot prints. I brought my camper to your service department very clean and it left dirty and mouse droppings through out the camper. What can you do to keep my business? For three years now I have had very poor service at your location.
Our camper was damaged while in storage. The rear light was broken and a deep long scratch on the slide out that was not there when placed in storage.
Forrest River products.
Mike and the service department.
They are ALWAYS kind, courteous, keep me updated on repairs, and most of all, keep me and my family safe with the work they do!❤
This enables us to get into the woods!!!!
