The sales staff was right on top of the list of must haves that we had. Jack & Ken were both very helpful in showing us what they had on the lot that met our wish list. I would definitely recommend The Great American RV Superstore in Breaux Bridge to anyone seeking to buy a new RV. The service department was first class upon the receipt of the power jacks that were backordered in scheduling an appointment to have them installed and the technician, Alex, was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that we had concerning or new camping trailer.

Service rep is fine. Mechanic doesn’t put screws back in the entry steps of coach. Second time.

I had worked with Jack on getting traveler trailer at the beginning of the year. He was excellent but we could not find the right model.

Great service and great people to deal with from sales to parts dept. Monica is a great sales person handling almost everything and she is a great communicator , also Brad who did our walk thru, he is very knowledgeable and has a great personality.

Stephen in service is the best.. he treats us like the best customers we are.. we paid a great deal of money for our coach and he delivers services as we expect! I only hate that the people who wash the RV are out of their mind with their prices!!! Thank you for your recommendation to go to the truck stop. They did a great job for way less than the people at the dealership!
