What a great experience working with Great American RV in DeFuniak Springs, Florida!! Their Sales Person, Tabatha and Closer, Nolan were both exceptional through the process. Nolan went out of his way to help in every way possible and I can’t thank him enough. The Service Department plus their entire staff were great. I recommend you stop by and check out their inventory and the nice people working there will make you feel welcome. They are all very knowledgeable and will make you feel right at home.

Rudy and the sales staff are fantastic! Great communications, personal service, very personable service. I really cannot say enough good about these people. The service department manager sucks. This is a problem because after you purchase from great people at a great price you will have to deal with a less than competent service manager. When the
freezer in your motorhome will not freeze water this service manager will tell you that he cannot fix what is not broken! Makes you think twice about the great price when you are going to have to put up with this kind of poor service. Rudy the sales manager needs to run the whole SHOW!

Genuine and always going out of your way to help
Everyone we encountered at Great American RV was super friendly and made us feel right at home in our camper shopping experience. Our sales person, Keith, listened to us describing what we were looking for and helped us find exactly what we needed at a steal of a deal that we couldn't say no to. The finance department got numbers to us in a flash and we were in and out with a camper for our family plus all the supplies we needed from Camping World in less than 4 hours total. It was a fabulous experience from beginning to end and we will be more than happy to recommend Great American RV to all our friends and family.
