Having been around awhile I have learned that not are you just purchasing a large budget item you are also investing in relationships and service after the sale. I just happen to purchase my Reflection shortly after the Grand Bay purchase of the Rv dealership. I admitt there was a staffing and learning curve in the service department for awhile. The last 3 times I had warranty checkups and warranty work it was well organized and finished when I was told it would be. The girls at the service department in Grand Bay are good at their jobs and pleasant to deal with. Yes there is still a long waiting period to get in because of techs shortage I am guessing and that’s the only thing that is frustrating to owners. However have just about anything for your camper in their store.

Great American RV has many top RV brands on the lot for you to tour. They are an Airstream dealer. Our salesperson, Maria, was highly knowledgeable about every detail of the RVs. We knew when we met her and the dealership in general that we wanted to buy from them- we felt secure that we would receive superior service. The dealership has been so helpful with information. We got a perfect run through with Anthony showing us every detail of our RV and he shared his experience as well. We love the RV and we are pleased that we bought from great American to support us in the future. Thank you!

This is the 4th unit we have purchased from y'all. Prior to that we were not RV owners. Mike Trosclair was the best salesman we have had to date and an asset to GARV. He is the guy that made us not leave GARV. Our third RV and first 5th wheel after owning a Phaeton Motor Home and a Tiffin gas burner all purchased from GARV was an absolute lemon. We received it from your lot in Alabama with issues. The water lines had broken prior to our ownership and had to be replaced. The floor was rotted out and affected the slide not working. We were not made aware of the rot issues and found out about that after ownership. The floor on that slide had to be replaced 2 times. Not to mention all the other issues it was in the shop more than with us. If it was with us we were afraid to use it because there was Always an issue. The slides never worked correctly. Anyway you can thank Mike as we do, he is the reason we stuck with GARV.
