Easy to call and schedule months in advance. We do not have a toad so we wait on the annual warranty service check in your comfortable area. Jerrod Beavers took great care to keep us informed while we waited. See you next year!

The great and quick service warranty repairs and installation of new 3 slide toppers was professional and first class. Best of all was the help from Kealy Dryer the service rep who kept us up to date on repairs and timing. Thanks to Kealy and GARV in Hammond.

Very friendly and honest
We had the annual service done at another Great American RV last year and all I can say is "What an amazing difference" in the same service at the Hammond Store. They were done in a little over an hour and when I asked for the paperwork to send in, Jarrod told me he had already processed it as a courtesy. The service and paperwork processing was outstanding.
Kept me informed and addressed all issues
I was greeted with kindness and joy. From the lady at the information desk to the other staff (unsure of their positions). The service tech explained all needed information and as scheduled my camper was serviced. Very pleased, the manager Greg was very professional and helpful. Great job

James and Chris were great in their service and knowledge of the Rv that we bought They did exactly what they told us they would do .

Nice facility. Service folks namely Lance, and America were very helpful. RV was in your care for 8 months. The batteries were left unattended and I had to replace them, that is my only issue.
