The personal interactions of your service department staff. They smile when they see you and greet you by name. When they are discussing your service needs they genuinely seem to care that you are satisfied with the results of their work.
Both Monica and Robert were great! Since this was my first RV purchase, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and the use of it. Robert basically spent all day with me helping me understand how it works including going on a long test ride with it and my first attempt to back it into my storage spot.

Everyone I dealt with were very polite, professional, and a joy to deal with. I had my dog with me at the store and the folks up front had treats for him as well as a water bowl for him to drink from. Alex, my technician, was very knowledgeable and was very impressive with his "can do" attitude. Sharlene was also great to work with. Very friendly and kept me aware of what was going on with the maintenance on my trailer.

They made certain to keep us informed as to the progress being made, which was hampered by supply chain issues and insurance claim paperwork that were beyond their control.
