I have never had any issues with the Service group and it's been around 10 years. They update me often, answer all my questions and are super friendly. Alex Knapp is truly one of the best people to deal with.
Have recommended you several times to other rv owners. Staff efficient and friendly, answers questions for this novice and accommodating. (Labor is so expensive however!)

I have had great success working with Great American RV in Tupelo, MS. From purchasing a new trailer to purchasing aftermarket products, I was treated with great respect. Also, we had damage to our trailer that the service department corrected making the trailer back to new condition.
