Acceptable and quick!
We got bumped from our original RV service place because of hurricane Ida and managed to get a reservation at the Breaux Bridge location to perform our annual service maintenance for our "forever warranty". They performed the maintenance above and beyond what our original service location did and we have decided that our future dealings will be with the Breaux Bridge office and should anyone ask us for a recommendation, that is the location we will advise them to use. They took us in on an almost last-minute basis and, while there was a rather long wait since we were being "fit in", we couldn't really complain about that. They did more for our RV than our regular service department ever did and we definitely noticed that difference.

Outstanding dealership, from the salesman, finance, service and tech they did whatever was needed to make a sale work.
I first find it difficult to reach the right person in service. However, they returned my call and I was pleasantly surprised as to the outcome. Still working on a few issue with my RV but I believe they have my interest at heart.

The parts department has everything you need for your big or small adventures. There is no service like service after the sale, and GARV really knows how to do this. No matter what question you have, someone will try to help you. Bree in Service and Parts is exceptional and Jack Gentry in Sales is by far the best! If you need service on your RV, Jack does whatever it takes to make sure you are taken care of in so many ways.

The entire staff was very friendly. Mr. Powers was patient and took his time explaining everything about the RV. I got exactly what I was looking for within my price range. I'm looking forward to traveling in it.
Exceptional service without delay!
Sales team and the girls at the front desk were amazing! Mark, Justin and the girls went above and beyond making us feel welcome and supported. From the initial email to final signatures, we were kept in constant communication regarding progress of the rv we were purchasing. I highly recommend Breaux Bridge!!
Friendly environment
Products are very good, sales staff is very helpful in assisting you with issues, service person at the counter is very polite and helpful, service department is very questionable. I'm not very stratified with the last two visits. Very seriously considering taking my RV to the Hammond location from now on or finding a totally different company to do my inspections and repairs. The Service Manager needs to get the shop functioning a heck of a lot better then what I see happening.
Had an appointment. At the appointed time i brought my RV to the store and the staff was waiting for me. They moved my RV immediately to the service area and with a couple of hours they notified me it was ready to go. Computer systems were slow that day. That was the only thing that kept my evaluation from being a 10...

Great sales, service, financial and customer service
The Class-C RV we purchased had everything we wanted. The Sales rep, Brent Ponder, was professional, personable and simply determined to see us drive off with our dream RV. He went over and above what we had expected. The service rep, Steven Piper, was extraordinary in explaining everything and I felt much more comfortable afterwards. We spent the first night in our RV and made a list of questions and things to correct. Steven took care of everything on the list without any negative feedback. It was a wonderful experience to see our dream come true!
