The salesperson, manager, service advisor, and other members of the team were all knowledgeable and professional. We had our questions answered with zero pressure to buy anything. They let their products and services sell themselves. Furthermore, they take the time to do a thorough pre-delivery inspection and fix any problem before providing a great delivery walkthrough with the RV fully powered and fIlled with fresh water. The customer leaves with an appointment in a few months for a reinspection, to address concerns found, and, optionally, for winterization. We are very happy with and enjoying our new travel trailer. We’ve already recommended Great American to friends considering purchasing RVs.

Great American RV in Breaux Bridge got my RV in and out quickly. Fixed all the things wrong in a very timely manner. Updated me with a text every 3 days! How wonderful is that! The service worker (Angie) walked us through everything they had fixed. She was fabulous. I will definitely continue to use the Breaux Bridge Great American RV superstore.
Great American was a great help in getting a warranty replacement done when my fridge went out. Shawnee was excellent to work with at the Grand Bay location. Really appreciated all the effort to getting everything back working again.

The salesman was very friendly and listened to my needs and wants in an RV. He was kind but to the point with my questions and explained everything I asked completely. He didn't run me all over the lot but went straight to rvs that met with what I was looking for. He continued with me through the whole process from choosing my RV to taking it home. I am very pleased with my Great American RV purchase.
