The main thing is EVERYONE IS SO NICE & helpful. The show room & store is very clean & organized. We were very impressed. When we bought our first motorhome (from somewhere else) it was nothing like this. Our sales man Dale I will definitely recommend him to my friends. He was very helpful & knowable. We had an excellent experience from Dale to the finance & the lady in the store. Everyone was awesome.

Everyone was wonderful and they bent over backwards helping me find my travel trailer. The process went amazingly easily and I felt like they took my best interests to heart.
Everything from sales to service. Only downfall was the rig was very dirty inside even though they said it had been cleaned. We don't wear shoes inside our socks we're black after walking around putting away our stuff. Drawers we're so dirty our clothes got dirty. We spent better part of two hours cleaning up dirt, dist and stains.
Outstanding customer service from the time we first set foot on their lot til we pulled our new RV off the lot. Sales, technicians, and finance personnel were wonderful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new unit. Large selection of sizes and brands to fit your wants and needs and they really took the time and worked with us to make this deal happen. Great company to deal with!

Love every thing about the Rockwood. Have a lot of storeage. EZ hitch is great and easyes to hook up.. Rockwood pulls easy. The only thing I dont like is it will not level on unlevel ground. The last thing is wifi is not working, had a tech look look at it. Could not get it to unlock. I love the Rockwood ulta lite 2608BS. And family loves the space inside. Have a nice rving time, Thank

We were very pleased with Carol Koon's eagerness to assist us in finding the RV that would fit our needs. The purchase process was a little lengthy but not too bad.
The process of having the hitch installed in our truck was the worst part of the entire experience. They service department didn't have all the parts they needed for the install (even thought we sent pictures of our truck bed from the top and underneath prior to scheduling the work) and it took this about 6 hours to complete the work. Jared in the service department worked diligently to get the job completed for us and we were pleased with his efforts. The parts department was a bit unorganized and took us another 30-45 minutes just to get an invoice for the work performed. Selena was finally able to get the parts manager to complete the invoice and she was very helpful.
