Richard with Terminix Pest Control is excellent! He thoroughly inspects the exterior and then knocks down spiderwebs, dried locusts, etc. hanging on the soffits, frieze boards, around windows, etc. Then he continues with the crevices on brick wall and addresses them. He does not leave any steps out! He is very thorough! He is the reason I signed up with Terminix pest control when I some him do my mother's home!
Chase Lanham a technician with Terminix came out to inspect the solar vents in the attic along with Nick. They were both thorough! They came out of the attic and told us everything they saw in regards to the solar vents but also told us what they saw on the boards. They answered all questions we had. Gave us information about other products Terminix has. I had questions about the termite treatment given on one side of the house. Chase said, "show me". So we walked to the backyard and I showed him the area I was talking about. He answered all my questions. Chase did not rush, he stopped to answer all my questions and Nick did too! Clients and Terminix are fortunate to have technicians like Richard, Chase and Nick.
Jason has been our technician for years. He is wonderful. He’s very responsive to our needs and thorough. They’ve been a few times over the years we’ve had situations arise that we needed him to come by before his routine visit. When we called, he showed up immediately and solved our problem.

Alfredo checked to insure there were no rodents in the attic. This service is every couple of months. All clear. He’s prompt and polite. Good sense of humor.
