I now also have the quarterly pest control service with a very nice gentleman who lives nearby and has been my Terminix service person for many years. John is very thorough as he checks things and does a great job around my property. He communicates both before arriving and after he has gone, detailing what was done. Just plain old good service.

My technician, Gage, has been so helpful! I had a rat coming into my home due to improper sealing, and he helped set up traps and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Can't thank Terminix enough for their help during this time!

Our Tech, Rich Ziegler, is the reason for this fantastic rating. He has been our tech for many many years. He always does the same wonderful job. If I have a question, he always knows the answer. If I have a concern, he always addresses it. He is the reason that we have stayed with Terminix.
Love our Terminix representative, Mike Snell! He is the best and always gives great service and takes that extra step in providing help with our little pests! We love the communication via texts arrivals and emails us a report afterwards. Top Notch for sure!!

Always was happy knowing what was done n why it helped prevent further bugs n ants. We had a Gardner the day before n he may have chased away all the ants but they could come back too soon especially around our Orange Tree. He never told us after he was done what he saw. Would like to hear from him personally what he saw n did before he leaves. They used to do that. Otherwise he seemed to do a good job. 👍
