Technician Lance Yamamoto has services our property in an outstanding manner for many years. He is consistently courteous, professional and questions us as to any problems/questions we have on his arrival. He quietly performs his inspection/work after which he discusses his findings in detail. He is the primary reason we maintain our Terminix services.
My exterminator, Willie Lyons is THE BEST! When I'm out of town for a few days or out of the country for months, I can always rest assured that my property is pest free as long as Willie is on the job! We've developed a personal friendship over the years and when I explained to him the severe allergy I've developed to fire ants, he made sure the entire property was treated and that I'm safe to go anywhere in the yard without worrying about my safety. He also takes the time to reach out to me personally about any issues when I'm not around and the communication gives an extra peace of mind when I know exactly what's going on. Willie's the man!

The service from Terminix has been consistently excellent over a number of years. The workman have been courteous and accomodating throughout. I have very little issues with pests and bugs because of it. The only small setback is they don't always alert me when they will be arriving and I have had to ask them for reminders.
