I've replied to this survey several times and would prefer not to continue receiving it. However,, Bob Harner has done an excellent job for me for years, taking into consideration my koi pond and extensive gardens. When I needed him this week between quarterly applications he was here within 2 days of notification.

Nicholas called to let us know he was there and asked what issues / concerns we had. He addressed those and also did an inspection. We received an email of everything that he did. It was great the way he communicated everything so we would not just be left wondering what he found or did. He was super nice and friendly. I felt confident that he was going to do a good job.
