Service is good
Our family only stays with Terminix because of our awesome technician, Christopher! Otherwise the rest of the company is just awful. Christopher was on vacation and instructed me to call the local office and I was immediately transferred to a call center. It was a complicated conversation with very specific instructions and so the agent said that someone would call me back in 2-3 days. I received NO call. So when I called again 5 days later, it was yet another headache of a phone call. Having a phone call returned should not be this complicated; setting up a retreatment appointment when my regular technician is on vacation should not be this complicated. Again, the ONLY reason our family stays with Terminix is because of Chris!

I gave the score of 10 because of the gentleman that came to my house and did my service of spraying for ticks in our yard. His name is Lucas. He was extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his manners and the way he took his time to explained my service and additional services that I could sign up for to help with my yard.
I am deaf in one ear and hard of hearing in the other, and although I asked him to repeat himself a few times, he never hesitated. He was very patient and made me feel like I was heard.

Chris our exterminator was very professional. He was on time, removed the wasps nest from roof area and actually noted there was another next to it. He thankfully and safely removed them.

The Technician, Ken appeared to be concerned about the work to be done. He was cordial and yet professional. He appeared to be knowledgeable and made sure to explain what he did. He also made suggestions to correct the problem.
Our technician Brian is outstanding. He is very punctual, courteous, and communicates well. He also provides great information when explaining what he is doing.
I think the pest control is excellent. I feel my new provider, Tomas, could be better at communication. And if would be very helpful if he cleared his voice mail. I was spoiled with Alan Peterson who was very good at returning calls and texts.
