All of the Terminix technicians have been wonderful! A mouse intrusion is extremely upsetting to me, and their professionalism and patience have been deeply appreciated. They clearly explained the situation and my options. The inspector also noted carpenter ant activity which had been addressed. Everyone worked with me to accommodate my tight schedule, arrived promptly and worked efficiently. I couldn’t ask for more!

Your service is top notch. The entire time we have utilized your service we have not had any pests invade our home. Other services have tried to convince us to leave you and use them. We reject them. On the rare occasion we do have spiders or ants come into our home, you are quick to resolve the issue. Thank you.

Bruce, our assigned Terminix technician makes a 9 rating into a 10 for me, I assume all the techs will call to notify of an upcoming appointment and will send an additional message when they have arrived. The process and products are also the same.
Once Bruce arrives, I only have to announce to the family, "Bruce is here". Everyone has met Bruce while walking the dog or going to the mailbox. Bruce is very personable and is open to any questions are concerns.

Casey does a thorough job on the house. My house is on a slope, so he needs to go under the house to treat some areas. I have a pool and gates that are kept locked , calls day ahead that he will be doing the house and when he is on his way to the house.
