Courteous to call when coming to provide service.
We like your process and people but have to admit, like everything, it seems a bit expensive. I also wish that the initial report had someplace for a comment. We are having a few tiny little ants around the kitchen but are not sure what, if anything, to do.

Before Terminix would call and let me know when they are going to be at my home. The past several times I have not received a phone call. I would like to know when they are coming because if I have an issue, I can tell the tech person. They say they provided me a service, but I do not even see the tech--I HOPE THIS CAN BE CORRECTED!!!!

Excellent communication and gave detailed information
new technician was really good. I really liked Ben, but on the new technician's very first time servicing my house, he found a vent that goes to the crawl space and showed me that most likely was caused by a rat. he then checked my crawl space entrance and showed me evidence of a possible rat problem. so obviously that didn't just happen. so i'm very happy that he found that. I think his name may be Matt. anyway i'm impressed with his work.
The service have been great. Right from the first inquiry and call to the service calls, everyone has been professional and personable. Not to mention, our problem is gone!

I love that I can depend on them coming quarterly as scheduled. They are friendly, tell me what they are going to be doing and then do it. Very reliable and efficient.
