The primary reason I gave the score of 10 is because Tommy is a great asset to Terminix. He informs us of what he will during the visit. Then he immediately gets to work and do everything is stated would be done.
After Tommy has completed the work, he notifies us that the work is done and asks if
we have questions. He also lets us know of any changes from the previous visit.

had drug store beetles a severe condition for many months. I got them from buying a small
package of something with a cellophane top and it or them over time invaded my kitchen.
I bought something at HD and it did kill them, however the problem persisted. Now its
day 3 and Terminex appears to have solved it. Thank you.

I have 3 properties on maintenance agreement and usually receive a text alerting me to the scheduled service. This week one of my properties was scheduled, however, I didn’t get a text until tech was already at the property. I have to let tenants know when the appointment is and ask if convenient.
