I’ve been using Terminex for more than 10 years now and have always had stellar customer service and communication with Eli.
The primary reason I gave it 10 is because of Nate, he's amazing, I used to work with Nick and he was amazing too, your hiring manager must really know what their doing but back to Nate, He's a hard worker, polite, helpful, patient, and was willing to answer all my questions, and I usually have a lot of questions, he was very pleasant to deal with and after working with Nick I was nervous coming back to the company. But after working now with Nate, I feel like a business relationship moving forward is something I'm very comfortable with as long as the staff continues to be great.
We’re very pleased with the service we get from Terminex since we signed with them. The technicians do a very good job in keeping bugs and ants away from the house. We walk around the neighborhood and some of the neighbors’ sidewalks have lots of ants. I checked around for cheaper service but I don’t think I’ll ever get the type of service we get from Terminex. We’ve been with Terminex a long time and I don’t see me going with somebody else.

Your service gives me comfort but I think your price has becomes pretty high!
Good communication
Our Cooper Pest reps listen to our concerns and take the appropriate measures. More important is that they remember which areas where I plant for pollinators and monarch butterflies. They are on time, polite and affable. I like that the office calls to remind us of the appointment day and time slot.
The technician, A.J.,, does a very thorough treatment in and outside the house, plus being a very nice person.

Great communication. Keeps the critters away from the house. Had an ant problem developing for a few days. Had it on my list to call Brandon. He showed up for my regular maintenance and sprayed for the ant problem and the ants were gone in 3 days. He's friendly, personable like family and always on time. He's reliable and I've never had any problems.
Great service
Jared responded in a timely manner when we called him regarding some pest issues. This time it was spiders in the basement and hornets outside. He even got the guy who was doing our power washing to spray the hornet nest down. We also inconvenienced him due to the power washer having come 3 hours earlier than was expected. Jared was understanding, and was willing to make a special trip back after they left, which he did.

Bobby has been servicing my property for years. I originally called Terminix to get rid of ants and they haven’t been seen. Bobby calls before coming, does a thorough job, and provides a detailed report of the services performed.
Tarvious, our technician, is a breath of fresh air and his attitude and character should be recognized as outstanding. He always texts before he arrives, shows up in a great mood and is thorough at doing his job.
Terminix should be grateful to have such a solid young man working for them. He deserves kudos for his incredible customer service.
