Responsive team. Effective program. Since starting a program with Cooper? I haven’t had any bugs or critters in the house.
We have been using Terminix for 4-5 years now. Our problems began with critters, mice, in our attic. Terminix came in with an advisor taking pictures of our attic which showed mice runs all through the insulation.
Terminix replaced our attic insulation, which was not cheap but of better quality and preventative against future mice and other critters, they went around the house and plugged all holes they could see. We began our General Pest program at that time, too!
At the present time, we only pay and receive the general pest service and termite protection. The whole beginning program was not cheap; it was around $7k. We feel that the Terminix company is wonderful and have fulfilled everything in the contract we signed up with. Couldn’t be anything but happiness especially keeping the bugs from coming in our house!

Joe Tufenkji did an amazing job. I called about having one of my properties having a bad ant problem. Joe was originally sent to the wrong property where I have renters. I’m unsure how this got mixed up. It’s not a problem at all though. Joe went and fixed everything without me needing to do anything and ended up showing up shortly after to the correct property. It is hard to find customer service like this. I went from being a little frustrated to a very happy customer after talking to Joe. I can’t say enough good things. And the treatment seems to have worked as well.
