Each time Terrence comes to our home, he does an amazing job for us. Terrence lets us know in advance of when he is coming over to our home. He shows up on time and alerts us when he arrived out front. His communication skills are excellent. Terrence works hard at his job to make sure every base is touched and treated for pests. Terrence lets us know when he has completed the service work and always takes the time to say good-bye before leaving. Terrence is smart, professional, hard working , organized, works smart and has a very refreshing "I Care" attitude that is very rare today. We have worked with Terrence for several years and we consider him to be a friend. He is more than our Terminix representative. He is our friend. The tech performed the service, checked in with me when he was done and discussed solutions for gnats inside the house because of my indoor plants.
