We found some rare silverfish in one of our closets, something we have never had before. Even though it was in between our normally scheduled visits, Terminix came out, completed an inspection, and then provided a treatment in the affected/suspected area of where they may have come in. Generally, our home is bug free and we attribute that to the excellent service we get from Terminix.
The technician was knowledgeable and very polite and down to earth. He put my mind at ease regarding our issue.
