I like Troy and the Terminix service. We've been customers for more that twenty years.What I don't like is that you keep raising my rate. I am comparing rates of other pest services to see if they are cheaper. I may change my service, Troy spends approximately one hour at my house every three months. I think paying 81.00 for one hour of service every three months is exorbitant.

Im starting to get a little concerned about pricing (everything is getting so expensive), but because the service has been so good and consistent, I have focused my cost cutting in other areas. (But please dont raise prices again!)
