Joseph Anglin has expertise far exceeding ANY other pest control person I have ever had. He always exceeds my expectations in every wsy. He finds the flying yellow jacket wasps (and they are sneeky...this time inside the outside AC unit) and way up on our 2 story home. He also looks for every crawling pest... spiders, ants, millipedes etc...
I trust him exclusively and will continue with Terminix as long as he is doing my property.

The primary reason is our most excellent tech, Mike Nuanes. He is friendly, communicates well, a great source of information, and has cared for our home for many years.
Our terminex man is wonderful - we had used him many years ago. he is professional and does a great job of keeping the bugs away :)

Although íI received a positive response from your company, it was not until I made a complaint about your service. I had been a customer for a year and my reason for hiring your company was because I had a problem in my house. After a full year the problem was still there. The problem has been addressed and I am waiting to see if there are good results in two weeks.
