Blake Swanson is great. He provides wonderful customer service, answers any questions, is knowledgeable about the products and services and communicates clearly. I appreciate you having such a wonderful employee that makes having to allow someone in your backyard, garage, etc a more comfortable experience.

Your service people are always friendly and professional. The service keeps insects out of my home. When there is a problem service people are quick to respond.

Our tech Dustin is great. No problems at all with him.

I've asked Terminix support and brought this up to different techs more times than I can remember, to stop calling and texting the secondary number on the account and only use it of they cannot reach me. They call and text the secondary number first. This has been going on for the duration of my service, so, for years.

I don't have to remember to call for service, but even more, the techs that do service the home are so pleasant, efficient and downright friendly. Since I have been with Terminix for so long, they are like extended family!
