Outdoor inspection and cleaning went very well. However I have been calling and telling my inspection person that my bait stations were missing since March 2026. I had some landscaping done around the house and most stations were removed or broken. They finally replaced all stations last week (Oct 2026). I have been calling to get the new stations put in and a possible refunds on a service that did not exist. No calls, no new stations, no refunds for 7 months!
