My name is Connie Sweet-Wheeler and we love our guy Tim from Terminix. Tim does a great job he always lets me know when he is on his way giving me time to get my dogs out and back in the house as I am disabled. Had some problems with your billing department but not your service.

Efficiency, knowledge and friendly
The technician is excellent and gives great customer service.
The primary reason is my technician Sam Jones. He’s extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous. I completely trust his opinions in all matters related to pest control. When I mentioned to him that I had received an email from Terminix about a mosquito abatement program, he gave me the information he had and a phone number to contact for more information. No hard sell, just extremely professional. Once I found out hat he would be handling that program for me, I couldn’t have been happier or more at ease. My husband told me the other day that the mosquito program was one of the best things we’ve ever done!

The technician is always on time. Very friendly. Upon arrival, he speaks and explain what he would be doing today. When he finish, he let you know he has completed his task, ask if there are questions, reports his findings if any. Otherwise he thanks the homeowner for allowing Terminix to serve them.
Alex is the best! He really knows his stuff, explains everything in an easy to understand manner and does the work quite well.

Our exterminator Dennis is very professional and is always on-time. Lets us know he’s always available to come back between service calls if we see any live pest activity.
You did a good job but missed some things the first time and had to come back out. When I inspected the second time still missed a couple things. Very friendly. Very willing to do the job. Both times you sent somebody out they were very courteous.
