Ibrahim Bangura is a consummate professional. He listened and devised an approach to my wasp problem. He thoroughly explained the wasps’ behavior and how the proposed solution should work. He was respectful of my home—work shoe covers and didn’t touch anything in the house after he deployed the poison. Lastly, he walked outside and inspected the entire house and made suggestions on how to close spaces that the wasps likely used to build a nest.

They are great guys. My bug man Dallas is always good to let me know when he is coming and is always on time. He lets me know what he will do and when he is done gives me a thorough report. The important termite guy is not so great. He really doesn’t check all the set traps and only once in a while will treat them. I feel I really need that check or we wouldn’t have had them put down. Thank you.
