I have used Terminix for some time now and I rarely have any bugs in my house. I have had Reggie for a long time and he was so great. Now I have had Joshua twice and he is another very nice one. They always take the time to be friendly and I like that. And of course I like not having bugs in my house!!

Our pest control technician, Ruel Smith form the Jacksonville location, is very professional, polite, and takes great pride in performing the service for Terminix. We lived in Fernandina Beach from 2015 to 2023 and Ruel was with us many of those years. I was very pleased to see him when we moved back here in 2026. Ruel is a true asset to Terminix!

I am so pleased with the service I have received from Shaun Ellison. He has been working at my home for quite some time. I would prefer to keep him for as long as I continue with Terminix. I suppose I will have to let him go if he gets promoted, but I’d be sad. All of the folks that have worked around my house have been good, but he’s been the best. Always friendly and caring, always lets me know when to expect him and always does a quick and efficient job. He answers questions and takes extra care to explain what he has done and why. Give him a raise!!
