Very professional and efficient
I have used Terminix for many years and have been very satisfied with the level of service and professionalism of their technicians. I like that we have the same technicians for a long period of service, so they can get used to the house and its pest control needs. On the few times that I needed a callback, it was easy and quickly taken care of.

Michael Harris stopped at my door to introduce himself and ask if we had any pest problems. We talked for a couple minutes and the he went on to inspect every inch of the outside of my house. When complete he again stopped to inquire if we had any problems inside he was very courteous and professional. He is the reason I give a rating of 10 +.
BUT
Michael also told me that my contract with Terminix includes an inspection of my entire attic. I have been with Terminix since 1987 and never heard of this before. I later received a message of an appointment in three days. Too early. When we arrange a time I will take a selfie of myself on the inspectors phone to insure any photos he shows me are of my house and not ANOTHER attempt to get me to pay a small fortune to treat my house for invisible termites.
Joel does a great job in taking care of us and delivers 5 star friendly service. He knows his stuff and works hard at resolving any issues, which usually means offering preventative measures.

What isn't fantastic, though, is your affiliation with SMAC. I have had several problems with their exceptionally poor record keeping. (It's truly a stretch to call it that.) In a nutshell, they have claimed three separate times that I have made late payments when the reality is that I am on Autopay (and I have the monthly paperwork to prove it.) My numerous phone calls to them to set this straight have been EXCEEDINGLY frustrating. After my most recent go-round with them, I googled them--and what an eye opener that was! It turns out that this type of scheme is their specialty. Various Better Business Bureaus have posted serious and firm warnings about them and their "procedures" which align perfectly with what they've pulled on me. I will be contacting the BBB myself to add to the litany of complaints. Surely there is a better financing company for a reputable business like Terminix to be affiliated with. Frankly, they shouldn't be known as SMAC. They should be known as SCAM!

He knows his job
Terminix did a great job responding to our concerns regarding billing. They patiently worked through a conclusion to the matter. Our service technician Brian does an outstanding job and we are very happy with services provided, and customer service provided by Terminix.
