Always cheerful and very professional. Last vist he was training Johnathan so we were double teamed with always great Terminix service.
The service is always very good and we don't see too many spiders and ants anymore. Having said that, we think the service price is a bit high for what is covered by the plan. Our payments are monthly and our service visits are quarterly. We assume some people with quarterly visits are calling every 4-6 weeks asking for special visiting because they see 5 spiders and 12 ants or some other bug covered in the plan. We just wouldn't so that. Also we have a 2 story house and we don't think there is any special/separate treatment for the eaves on the 2nd floor.

Visits have always been on time and easily adjusted if needed. The technician Brad Osborne. Is personable and very eager to answer my questions.
Service is great. Bruce always calls a day or so before he scheduled. When he arrives he always rings the door bell and ask if I have any issues. Never had a problem with insects. He is very through and knowledgeable.
