My tech,Carson Reid is the best. He sends me a reminder and always asks if there is anything that he needs to check on. Honestly, his customer service is the reason I stay with Terminix.
The men that can't by were great. They were informative and honest. Me being scared of rodents they ensured me that the mice will eventually come bk out and go to the trap. So I feel a bit better being comfortable in the house.
Our technician is the BEST!
My tech Patricia always ask about my problem areas and listens. She will then do a thorough job of treating those areas and once she's completed that task, I don't see the fire ants or pametto bugs anymore. She is a very pleasant, deligent technician who knows her stuff. I appreciate her!
