Well, I really don't know what to say. Peter Long is THE GUY. He has always been thorough and very professional. He's now out for medical reasons, so I had a different tech this last time. When I received a notice saying that "my services were complete," I wasn't able to open it to see what services were done. Not sure if it was a glitch in your company's system, or it was an error on the tech's part. It's hard adjust to another person when you are accustomed to someone who TAKES CARE OF BUSINESS. I really don't have much else to say....other than this: I will be happy when Peter Long comes back. Nothing against the substitute tech.....I just don't know much about him or his capabilities.
