The company didn't inform us prior to project day, we waited for an apology that never came and now its too late,so we move on .The service performed is still top quality and we appericate that. James Flood the Pest Control Specialist did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done. He was very personable and very thorough. Since the job was done I haven't seen any bugs in my house. I would highly recommend this service to all my friends and family!!
Our technician Edward Avilés was very professional and knowledgeable in his expertise. He answered all of my questions and took care of our problem. I was horrified to discover a roach in my drawer. Ed was professional and discreet. He assured me that the neighbors would not know what he was there to treat my home for.

The technician seemed to do a thorough job of treating the carpenter ants. My only concern is that it took longer for this service to get here than we're used to with Terminix but this is not the fault of the technician.

The service at my home has always been thorough and the customer service has been excellent - friendly, accommodating requests, leaving traps as needed, etc. It would be helpful to get more than 1 day's notice of the appointment. I often need to reschedule though it's not too much of a bother. Just a request, not a complaint.
