Robert was excellent he spent a great amount of time spraying the perimeter of my house. I did not think it would be possible due to almost 2.5 feet of snow around the house but Robert made it happen. I work overnights and was shocked to see that it was completed once I woke up. He was very hard working and meticulous with his work. I recommend terminix and appreciate Robert for his attitude and work ethic.

After his walk through he developed a plan explained in detail and completed installing the materials. He provided post installation instruction as well as his contact information along with his manager. A written report was also distributed.
