I only gave this score because my technician, Juan is excellent and so is his service.
However, your admin is awful!!! I mean, simply inexcusable! I have asked someone to contact me from customer service due to shady billing practices, to no avail. You use another company to bill is without our consent. Simply unacceptable, if it weren’t for Juan, I’d have left Terminix.

When it comes to dealing with the pests, Terminix has been great. What "bugs" me the most (no pun intended) is that I do not receive PRIOR notice to when the technician is going to show up at my house or even to have it as a scheduled appointment. I've asked for a date to make sure that I'm in town or home to no avail.

Excellent service
I moved into a bug infested home a couple years ago....now i barely can find them! Barely because given the amount of trees surrounding pur property it is hard to get rid of them. It took quite a few service visits to get my house to where it is today but Terminix stayed faithful and professional. Right before my last quarterly visit was due I had an infestation of those little black and red bugs FL deals with from time to time - Terminix came and serviced the homes exterior and within hours I went from seeing a swarm to not even being able to find one! I believe that is because the home is already well guarded, on top of whatever they applied. I would tell anyone - let Terminix service your home, give it time , trust their process and you will be thrilled with the end results.
