He gets a 9 because he took his time and did EVERYTHING he was suppose to do.
He gets less because I think he did everything because my husband was outside working.
Any other time he's in and out within 5 minutes.

Terminix employees give you a few days notice before they come to your home. Then the day of your appointment they send a reminder along with letting you know when they have arrived at your home. They are through and very polite. Once they are finished they send you a report on findings along with pictures of what they did. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Eddie from Terminix is excellent. He’s professional, friendly and hardworking. Highly recommend him.
