Willian Baker the technician deserves 5stars he’s great at what he does , my only concern is why everytime they spray I see my oayiment go up 20 dollars? If it happens again in the fall I’m gonna cancel my service with u guys , this has been happening the last 3 times my payment keeps going up . I know things go up but no every time they come spray . Theres lots competition out there I get ppl all the time knocking on my door to switch with them . I have been 15 years loyal customer ! Just putting this out there hope my payment ll not change again in the fall !

Excellent service and communication!
Charles, our Termiinex tech comes, treats and goes. So do the annoying bugs and spiders. They seem to return but reliable Charles does too. I like the scheduling and correspondence from Terminex and if I happen to see Charles when he is doing his job, we have a pleasant visit.
What I don't like about Terminex is the continuing increased cost of my yearly contract. While like every US citizen today, especially we Seniors, increasing pricing is a daily concern. As a former HR director, I hope some of the increase is given to Charles and other Terminedx employees. They are reliable and should be considered part of today's citizens.

The tex was very kind and very patient I did a great job.
My technician Jalan Glover did a thorough job checking my outdoor areas for pests and applied treatment as appropriate for the weather conditions at that time. I was there to chat with him briefly and he explained what he was doing. I always enjoy talking with him--he is friendly and courteous!! Thanks so much!!!
