JAY Hannah was first to arrive. He apparently was called in after our 10-11 am scheduled visit failed to show up. Jay was excellent in reviewing our rodent noise concerns. He explained the solution and costs. He was very professional.
Ryan Augello arrived the next day to begin the elimination process. He was also excellent.
Ryan surveyed the property and will return with the snow and ice give him a better opportunity to access the outside. He set 7 traps before he left. After 2 days, the traps have not caught any thing. That's probably good news since the problem wasn't major.
Shawn, my technician, is always thoughtful and knowledgeable. He really represents Terminix well! Give him a raise!

When i express the problem it gets resolved with out any hesitation r any negative questions .. Mr. Howard got the job done he’s very understanding and respectable .
We have finally gotten everything where it needs to be as far as when the technician comes, he calls before and makes sure someone will be there when he gets there, he sends the paper work immediately to the email he's supposed to send it to, and they have the invoices where they are close to being due at the same time. All is good.

I've been using the services of Terminix, specifically working with Stefan, for the problem areas in and around my house for about a year now. I will continue to use their services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to get rid of rodents, insects, any kind of pests and then continue the services as they come out on a regular basis to maintain the property.
Stefan is great! He communicates well when he is coming out and what he will be looking for or doing in case I am not home. He also listens to my concerns if I have noticed activity in a certain area that I want him to specifically check and address. He also follows through on his findings and reports, and has kept the house and surrounding areas rat-free and peaceful again.
Stefan is wonderful to work with, and Terminix has been a solid, valuable resource in managing my house and property. I would encourage anyone thinking about getting their home cleared of pests to use this company and arrange to have "regular maintenance" and check-ups to stay on top of the on-going pest problem of living in the jungles of the Big Island.
Because Jim, our technician, is the best man for the job. He is thorough in what he does, explains what is going on and needs to be done, explains what he is doing and what he is using. He explains what to do and what to avoid after the work is done. Asks if he missed anything and beforehand asks if there are any hot spots or new sightings. He is very professional and friendly. Give him a raise and a AAA⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star review. He deserves it!
