Consistent and reliable
We like our Terminix technician. Half the time he conducts his visits we are out of town. This is no problem. Security camera footage confirms that the fact that he completes the job as thoroughly as a locked-up property allows. So, if you can trust someone to do a professional job when no one is necessarily looking on, that says something for the technician.
We had several years working with Terminix , the representative has been doing from the beginning, professional, amicable, attentive and knowledgeable . He calls in advance, asks if there are some issues to consider and explains the work of the day. Great technician.
Always show up on time. Give feedback on what they found and suggestions on what to do and what to watch for. Been with them since 1984 and never had a complaint.

We had an issue with some wasps that needed immediate attention. Terminix understood, and sent out Edgar to take immediate action. Our house had already been sprayed for pests, so it was hard to believe what was happening. Since Terminix came out, about a week ago, we have not had any issues. Their prices are very reasonable, the employees very knowledgeable and the service is an absolute value in my book.
I called Terminix with a billing question, she was very personable and knew what she was talking about.

My technician Albert Mwanza is the best. He communicates before he arrives and also when he completes his visit, and if Iām home he reviews what he has done in person and makes sure I do not have any unmet pest control needs. And he could not be nicer. Thank you!
