The technician, Keith, is very helpful and responsive to my current needs, He also demonstrates consideration for my pets.
The technician was very thorough in his work. We also found what he called Carpenter Ants and did poison where he thought they might be. I am still seeing them and am using Raid to spray them. They seem to be resistant so I may have to ask him to come back and treat any other places they might be nesting. Terminex treated the interior of my kitchen several years ago but it appears they have come back.

Our guy is awesome
I had a bit of a problem with a rat behind the couch in my patio. I am deathly afraid of critters! My guy, Ryan Ives came to my rescue. I’m sure he got tired of hearing me whine like a baby, but he answered all my texts and came to the rescue. The rat(s) hasn’t been caught but all the right measures have been taken. Ryan also does an outstanding job with the regular maintenance service.
I pay a pretty hefty monthly fee for Terminix service but it’s worth my peace of mind.
