Excellent people and in less than a week, all my rodents were back in the wild. Wasps are tougher to dislodge, but Terminix came hours after I called in a panic and cleared all of them in our bedroom (yikes!) One possible improvement: to call an hour or so before they arrive, so we can make sure we talk to them directly. Sometimes I missed a text and didn't get to convey our needs. Thank you!
