Our technician Francisco is wonderful! He is thorough and communicative. Whenever we have a pest issue or question he is always ready to help come up with a solution. We don’t have to wait days like other pest companies we’ve had in the past for a reply or for Francisco to come and inspect the issue.
I have had very good assistance from the regular pest service every few months, like clockwork. The annual pest control has done a reasonable job also. They were remiss at returning to plug two entry holes in the basement, and I have not had time to call them back. And yet the annual fee was sent on time and at a higher cost. Not a usual experience in the past.
