Easy to contact, if necessary. Appreciate being contacted on TERMINIX letting me know about their arrival. Listens to me if having problems and explains actions I can help to eliminate problem. Is very thorough treating both inside and outside, like cleaning off spider webs, etc. Friendly and does job in a timely manner way.

We are not always on the premises when service is given. The technicians have always kept in touch and when we do connect in person, we are able to discuss any changes to the needs or request information on any issue. This is important when having a second home that we use for rentals as well as our own vacations. We feel that the property is in good hands when we are not there!
