Mark, my serviceman, is a gentleman. He calls a day or 2 in advance. If it is very early, he doesn't ring the bell. He is always thorough.

They normally do a good job of removing spider, wasp and mud dabber nests from exterior surfaces of my home and porches. The tell me exactly what chemicals were used and what they are expected to do. I can have interior service at any time. If they see pest issues or exposures either outside or inside my home, they point them out and advise me about them. They are courteous, on time, let me know when they are enroute, and helpful.

Technicians arrive on schedule and check in before starting work. When I've had a problem outside of the regularly scheduled visits, they took care of it promptly. No complaints!

We have been with terminix for over 5years and they have always done a great job for us and especially our guy Daniel Lucas of Houston bissonnet office

Very thorough with everything and explains what’s being done and what was did knowledgeable recommendations and just always friendly guy!
He’s almost like family now honestly 👌🏾

Demerits is terrific. Always pleasant and professional. Last week while he was here, my disabled brother fell in my back yard and I couldn't get him up myself. As soon as he saw us when he entered the backyard, he ran over to help me get my brother on his feet. I really appreciate that.

I do, however, dislike how I get notifications of next day appointments, without any input from me. I think It would be a lot easier if I were consulted about my availability prior to the appointment being scheduled for me.

Ken is wonderful to work with! He is highly communicative, not only as it relates to scheduling matters, but also while here spraying. He explains why he’s spraying certain areas and how the technology works. We are very happy with Terminix. Before engaging you for treatment, we had so many spiders both on our balcony and inside; now we hardly see them, if ever. We also very much appreciate your policy that you come every three months but are happy to come spray in between then if necessary. Thank you for having such great customer service and supporting and empowering your employees to do a great job!
