Robert Guy, our technician, is very polite and keeps us informed as to when he’s coming . The service is done very thoroughly.
Our technician Russell Pellegrino is an outstanding and very excellent technician as he was with us for many years ans he is very excellent hope he stays with Terminix.
He goes 100 percent working but i think he goes beyond 100 percent as he is very efficient and accommodating. I had a pest problem and his traps he gave me was perfect as my pests disappeared.
