Our Terminix rep Joel is a pleasure to work with. I hope for the leadership of Terminix to understand what I mean; I don't know much about the company, who the bosses are, how big the company is, or even its general reputation. The company sends Joel as their representative, and I only know Terminix because of Joel. I cannot stress enough how well he represents your company. It's much more than "I have ants, and Joel takes care of the ants". He communicates the why, how, and next steps frequently. He is responsive to our needs for every season. He clearly lays our when he will be on our property, what he hopes to accomplish, and how to contact him with questions or concerns. He then- I know this sounds crazy- actually addresses the questions and concerns! In this day and age of ever more poor customer service experiences, you should know that Joel is on the front lines, delivering outstanding service. We will be keeping our service for the foreseeable future because of his excellence as an ambassador for your brand.
