Terminix always does a great job of notifying us when our treatment is due and always arrives at the set time. They will also let us know when they arrive and will answer any questions we may have. They may not be the absolute cheapest on the block, but we have never had any serious problems they could not fix, and they guarantee their work and will come back if the problem is not resolved.

The technician Noel, always informs when he will be coming and is precise on his arrival time. Anytime we have any type of questions regarding suspected new activity of pests or something of concern he takes time to explain and offers guidance.
Our Terminix service person, Jim, is excellent. And Terminix has always worked with us as a long-term customer to keep our costs down.
