Henry Howell always contacts me in advance to let me know the day and time he will be here, always asks me if I'm having any pest problems, sends a report after he leaves, and is very professional and knowledgeable. Great company!!

The technician for pest control is excellent. But the company process of demanding an in home visit twice per year for termite inspection is invasive and ridiculous.
