The quarterly spray technician, William Briceno, is excellent. We highly recommend his service and continue his service through Terminix. We were not so happy with the termite and gopher removal services, so we did not continue those services.

Home Inspector Dan Farrington was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me every step of the way how the issues I had called about showed up and how they would be treated. He took time to answer all my questions and followed-up with a plan, photos of damage, the areas of each floor in the house and detached garage that were issues and diagrams of problem areas and the pests involved.
When Teylor Berry arrived to begin treatments, for carpenter ants, termites, spiders, flies around upstairs windows, and wasps in an exhaust vent, along with mice in the garage, he was very professional, happy to explain what he was doing or going to be doing to treat each issue and cordial through the time it took to make an appointment that was convenient for me. I enjoyed talking with him and learning more about the different pests, their behaviors and how they eliminate them.
