Our technician has been instrumental in getting rid of our ants & bugs. We had a big issue inside & outside because our area is a little wooded. Colton got us under control & has done an excellent job ever since. He’s honest, trustworthy, professional & extremely polite. Sometimes it’s not even the product you’re sold on, especially with all the competition, but rather the people who are standing behind the product.
The Terminix worker is always polite and efficient.
My Terminix guy is great. Feel like he goes above and beyond to accommodate me.
Quarterly visits with same service agent, Eric. He know to do outdoors unless I need inside done. I get notified when time for service too.

Overall, the programs/services are good but expensive. Stephanie, my Terminix technician, is awesome! There are communication issues about "appointments" I've never made and am unaware of until someone is on the way to my home. I insist on being here for any appointment or service.
