Javier Valdez - excellent customer service, very good at his job.. Gives a date and time frame when he will arrive. Calls to tell me he is on his way. Doesn't mess around and gets after his spraying. I had several questions and he took the time to answer all. The spraying works well.

The visit by Khalil White went very smoothly. However he was about two hours late arriving. I understand that in this business your reps can run late if they encounter problems, but I recommend that either the office or the rep contact the home owner to let them know and, if possible, when the rep will arrive.
