The tech, Matt Kile, was absolutely wonderful. He came inside and sprayed even though that was a last minute request. He did a through job inside and out. He also told me what to do about the carpenter bees I have on my deck. He was delightful to talk to and very kind.

I'm happy with the product. My problem is I never know when the technician is coming. I would like to be notified at least a day before so I can put my dogs up and unlock the gate so he can get to the back of my house.

Keeps bugs away
My experience was pretty great, very quick, and professional. My only criticism is the lack of clarity on the report after the work was done, and I wasn't entirely sure what was exactly done while I was gone. Maybe a video explaining the process before hand and a more detailed description of work preformed afterwards would be a nice step to take. Other than that incredibly easy to work with and get scheduled
