Terminex was able to schedule an appointment quickly and at our convenience. The representative came on time and explained exactly what he would be doing. Once he was finished with his initial inspection he explained what he found (nothing) and what he had done as far as spraying. We look forward to working with Terminex.

Robert Hurtt is the reason! He knows my house he is very nice and he takes care of my bug problems with a smile. This time he came with a trainee named Brandon he is nice also.
Kristian is always giving me advance notice when he is scheduled. Since I raise service dogs, I can take them out to do their business so they are finished before he comes. No other critters in my home, he keeps them at bay with the environment friendly insecticides.

Richard Chi is Terminex as far as I'm concerned. He has been my technician for many years except for one exception. At my request, he was back with his beautiful happy, smile and careful skills to keep my house free of pest. He is on time, tells me what he will do to keep my house pest free, cares about my dog both during and after he applies chemicals, and wishes me good health until he is here for the next quarterly treatment. A certified professiinal and all around good man. I highly recommend Richard Chi.
