Eddie, the guy who does the spraying around our home., and around our rental. First, he's been "our guy" for more than a year, and that kind of employee retention means to us that Terminex treats their employees right.
Second, he texts us every time, both days before he'd like to come out (to make sure he wouldn't t be disturbing our guests) , and the day he comes out, to confirm it's okay, and to let us know so we can let our dogs out to do their business, and get them back in again, before he starts spraying (we keep them inside for a good 2-4 hrs after he sprays, out of an abundance of caution.)

At first I was quite disappointed. Service was on a Saturday, I was not home. Yellow jackets continued to fly around, I was wondering if your man had hit the nest at all. By Monday afternoon, all activity had stopped, so it just took a little while for the service to work. Two 2-week follow-ups and I can put this behind me. Thank you.

My representative Victor Casillas is the only one I will allow to service my account he is professional and patient and answers any questions I have. He is the only one who has assisted me with getting things under control and explained what we needed to do. He is an asset to your organization and the only reason I have stayed with your company after the other reps prior to him did a half a$$ job. All credit for keeping my account is because of Victor!
