Tech is on time and makes sure the house is sprayed very well
We had Thomas the bee guy come out to destroy a very aggressive bumble bee nest. He said it was a huge nest. His sprayer arm went all the way down into the hole. We watched from inside the house while he did battle with the bees. Those bees were all over him in his bee suit. It looked like a scene out of a horror movie. But in the end it was Thomas that was triumphant. Thank you Thomas for getting rid of those little dive bombers that would chase us and our dogs around our yard.
After a service interruption we signed up with Terminix again.
We had a Yellow jacket nest and rat problem.
Jose Hernandez arrived at the scheduled time and took care of the issue.
He was extremely friendly and sounded very competent.
Looking forward to working with him ... in the hope that we can take care of our rats.

Jason, our technician, does a great job. Our neighbors have/is experiencing cockroaches, ants and bugs. We are/have not experienced any pest issues. We feel fortunate to continue to safe guard our home with Jason and Terminex. Jason is an asset to your company!
