My service rep (Luis) is excellent. Always contacts me before scheduled services to let me know he will be arriving and ask if there are any issues he should know about that should be treated. Always on time he’s courteous and professional. Once the quarterly service is complete, he provides a full report summarizing what he found and allows me to ask any questions. It’s customer service at its best. Other companies should take lessons from my service rep. It’s why I have been a Terminix customer since 2004.

Each and every time I have a pest inspection, it's right on time. I noticed some ants inside my house coming in at the back door. A few days later, I received a text Abdul Johnson was on his way to my house. Perfect timing! When Abdul arrived, he asked me how I was doing and do I have any problems. I told about the ants and he sprayed a dusting around my doors and other entry ways to prevent any pests for coming in. Before Abdul leaves, he always says if you have any problems let me know and I'll take care of it. Abdul is the best. He's not only good at his job, but he has a wonderful personality.
