It’s a good company with good products, good coverage with a solid reputation and service. I’d give it a 10 but it’s too expensive, you never know when you are scheduled to come for service until you show up or occasionally send a text before arriving

Hands down, our tech, Jerry! We HAVE recommended Terminix to neighbors and they have signed up because of his expertise and professionalism. It’s rare to find a person who gets the job done AND takes the time to engage positively with his customers. I’m sure we could have decent pest control services from other companies, but they don’t have Jerry Long!
