I was pleased with the technician's work, spraying around the outside of the house and replenishing the rat traps. We seldom treat inside.
Interestingly enough, on Wednesday (10 December), I found ants patrolling around our main floor bath room. We had not seen ants in the house since last May / June when we had a major infestation in the rotted wood we found when remodeling our upstairs bedroom balcony.
At that time, the technician gave me a tube of ant poison. I used that ant poison on Wednesday and Thursday and by Friday, we did not see any more ants. Please note this in our file.
I'm uncomfortable wondering if there are other ants throughout our house since these ants made it to a bathroom in the interior of the house. Can there be more?

Sergio is awesome. He communicates before, during, and after each service. The terminex product is good comparable with DIY stuff from the big box store. But it's Sergio's professionalism and support is the only reason I keep the monthly service.
