Terminex person does an excellent job
My Terminix serviceman, John, is very professional and makes himself available if I have questions or concerns. He is very thorough each time he comes for the quarterly inspection and checkup.

Tech checked out my attic and had requested a visit including ladders to further investigate why there might be squirrels or something else in the attics.
The next day the tech who does the quarterly checkup came and did his inspection. Waiting on the ladder guys.
