Well this last year we had you here twice and the problem of ants didn’t go away. By the third time it was taken care of. Our regular Terminex person left the company. There was a man that took over after he left that was very nice. He didn’t return this last visit. He was personable and was happy with him. But then we had a new person this last visit that seemed new.
Because my service man got rid of my bug problem !!!

Good service but concern about increasing costs
I have mice and the Terminix guy who came out to my house was very thorough in his inspection. While no mice have been caught yet, the guy knew what he was looking for and set traps accordingly. I've been trying for a few weeks to catch these mice and all I can say is they're pretty smart little things.
He was very nice and explained everything he was doing and answered any questions or concerns I had.

We have gotten great service from Terminix. They always call ahead of time to notify us when they will be coming. They let us know when they arrive & after completing the service, they explain what was done. Also, we get a written report of the work completed.
