I like the consistency of the professionalism and personal approach Mr. Jonathan Magee takes prior to and during him treating our home. For instance, he always sends a day or more notice of his planned arrival and on one occasion he sent a text message notifying me of a time/date change. This interaction for some maybe minor for some customers but in a culture where personal interactions are a thing of the past, I like to be home when these treatments are being performed, and Jonathan's text messages helps me to manage my schedule to be home if possible. Second, when Mr. Magee comes to my home; he provides details of his findings and actions he has taken. When he leaves, I feel very confident about his work. Thanks to Mr. Magee.
