She refilled our mouse bait boxes inside and out. She also sprayed around the outside of our house. She was polite and professional. I couldn't ask for more.

I have an incredibly capable, nice, honest and helpful technician named Kitt Smith. I had been having a lot of problems with mice. Kitt examined the outside of my house, found a hole, managed to close the hole and I haven't had mice again.
Also, KItt explains everything to me without talking down to me. He is punctual and always lets me know when he is coming.
